  • Legal and safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rudolph's Light Crew, our customers, or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Text Messages & Email Communications

If you provide your phone number and check the applicable consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Rudolph's Light Crew related to your quote request and appointment updates (non-marketing), and — if you separately opt in — marketing and promotional messages about offers and seasonal updates.

  • Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any service from us.
  • You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message, and you can ask us to stop non-marketing communications by contacting us directly (see Section 14).

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies — including Google Ads conversion tracking — to understand how visitors use our site, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and improve your browsing experience.
